WEEKLY REMINDERS:
GRADE 7-HOMEROOM
A. All 7th grade students should accept the invitation I sent for Google Classroom. Only 4 students accepted the invitation.
B. Please sign into Google Classroom and press on the link for Zoom. You will stay connected from 8:00-3:00. Whatever teacher you have will let you know if you have a bathroom break or lunch break. Please read Mr. Woods’ blog for rules about remote learning (home). Attendance will be taken during each class.
C. Those students coming to school may split their supplies up so you are not carrying too much at one time. Remember, parents are not allowed inside of the school so you will need to carry the supplies yourself. All supplies are listed on each teacher’s blog.
D. Parent signature pages will be handed out on both Wednesday and Thursday. Students doing remote learning will have to complete all of these forms when you return to school. The handbook will be sent home on Wednesday. Both parent and student must sign the parent signature page and return it on Thursday. Please only return the sheet and keep the handbook. The other form being sent home on Wednesday is titled “Daily Health and Self-Screening Requirements. It is a three-page form. Please read it carefully. Send back pages 1 and 2 (page 2 needs to be signed). Keep page 3 at home so you may follow the guidelines to determine whether or not your child is able to attend school. Lastly, you will be receiving 2 Emergency Cards. Fill out both cards fully, including the back. Remember to sign on the bottom of the back of the card. Please send the Handbook signature page, the 2 Emergency Cards and pages 1 and 2 of the Health Requirements signed by Thursday.
On Thursday, the sheets be sent home to sign are:
Internet Usage Form (give permission to use the internet and then sign)
Telecommunications Policy (sign the back and student must also sign)
Media Authorization and Release (sign the bottom).
Please sign and return these three sheets back on Monday.
E. Remember to wear a mask.

GRADES 6, 7, 8
A. All classwork/homework must be submitted on Google Classroom.
B. All assignments must be submitted on the date due or points will be deducted.
C. Remember to have all your books available for ELA (Grades 6 and 7- The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan; Grade 8- The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros. We will also be doing My Perspectives online. I will discuss this with the 6th grade and any new students since they are new to the program.
