Reminders:

1. Please check Mr. Woods’ blog for information concerning tuition, the NY State Exams, and other announcements.

2. The fifth graders need to wear gym uniforms every Wednesday.

3. Please check the blog and Google Classroom for updated homework assignments or announcements.

4. 12:00 Dismissal today(Monday) due to a Faculty Meeting.

5. Green Day on Thursday in honor of St. Patrick. We will also be attending the 10:00 AM to watch some students being baptized.

6. No school Friday- St. Patrick’s Day

Remember that homework and classwork count as a grade!

For Module 3, the fifth grade is reading Promises to Keep: How Jackie Robinson Changed America by Sharon Robinson.

Please finish Jackie Robinson if you have not already done so.

For Module 3, the sixth grade is be reading two books-a World Without Fish by Mark Kurlansky and Flush by Carl Hiaasen.
Read Chapters 10 and 11 in a World Without Fish by Monday, March 20. You should be reading Flush in your free time. There is plenty of time in school. You should have read at least Chapters 1-10 by now.

Please read the Chapters 11,12 and 13 in A Mighty Long Way: My Journey to Justice at Little Rock Central High by Monday, March 20.
In How a Photograph Changed the Fight for Integration, please finish the book.
