Week of March 19, 2018
Weekly Reminders:
GRADE 4-HOMEROOM
A. Gym uniforms must be worn by 4th graders on Tuesdays and Fridays for gym unless students are told differently.
B. Thursday, 3/22 No school due to Active Shooter Training for teachers.
C. All Lenten RICE BOWL boxes are due by Friday. Anything you can give is appreciated.
D. All students need to bring in a large shopping bag to pack up any books that will stay in school over the Easter break. All floors and desks will be cleaned. All shopping bags need to be brought in on Wednesday. Anyone without a bag will have to take all books home on Wednesday. Please wash your child’s seat sack over the break. Some of them are very dirty and have juice, soda, and food spilled in them. Let your child know what books you would like them to bring home over the vacation, so we do not pack them up.
E. Progress Reports were sent home on Friday. They were supposed to be returned signed today. If you did not sign and return the Progress Report, please send it in tomorrow- Tuesday, 3/20.
F. The 4th grade will be having an Easter Party on Friday, 3/23. If your child would like to order pizza, he/she should bring in $3.00 by Wednesday. Everyone should also bring in something to drink for themselves (no big bottles of juice or soda), and some type of treat to share with the class. Dress up clothes may be worn since we will be going to church in the morning (no dollar will be collected).

GRADES 6, 7, 8
A. All classwork/homework must be completed in blue or black ink (other colors will not be accepted).
B. If an assignment states that looseleaf is to be used, no other types of paper will be accepted (paper ripped out of notebooks or legal pads is unacceptable).
C. Homework must be handed in on the day due unless I receive a note from a parent explaining why you did not complete your HW. This will only be accepted if there is an emergency at home (not because you were too tired or that you had too much other HW).
D. Homework and classwork must be neat. Work that is sloppy or illegible will not be accepted.

B. Monday, 3/12 (tomorrow)- 12:00 Dismissal due to a Faculty Meeting. ASP will be in session.

D. Friday, 3/16 the children may dress in green in honor of Saint Patrick ($1 will not be collected).
